Change is good

In recent months there has been a number of changes here at Jane Adams with our newly renovated sundries section; system changes to improve orders; and our new opening hours.

With all of these changes now in full effect, we wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for your support. We know that change is good, but it’s even better when you have the support of your customers which in turn, allows for everything to shift seamlessly and work well.

For those of you that haven’t yet experienced our system changes, we have made improvements so that ordering has added flexibility and allows you to make order requests right up until the night before your delivery.

We believe that this gives you more control and an even better service – something we’re always striving to deliver. But, aside from all of these changes, there’s one inevitable change on the horizon and this is Brexit.

While we are approaching the unknown, we want to reassure all of our customers that as of 31st January 2020, we hope to be able to maintain our level of service in all areas and we will continue to advise our customers as much as we can.
